Common questions
Why is signup waitlist-only?
Gatekeeper crosses into territory the SEC (and equivalent regulators elsewhere) cares about — particularly Pro's autonomous-agent mode, which executes trades on your behalf. We're working through a regulatory review with US securities counsel before opening paid signup, and we want to do this properly rather than ship and apologise. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and gets you the first invites when we open.
What's BYOK?
"Bring Your Own Key" — if you already have an Anthropic API key, you can plug it in under Settings → API Keys and Gatekeeper will use your key for AI features. We knock $10/mo off either tier in exchange. There's no token cap when you BYOK — you pay Anthropic directly, we charge nothing extra on top.
What broker do you support?
MetaTrader 5, via a small worker process that runs on your VPS alongside MT5 and connects to Gatekeeper's API. You keep custody of funds at your broker — Gatekeeper never holds money or has standing authority over your account beyond the trades it places under your plan rules.
Is this investment advice?
No. Gatekeeper is an educational tool for executing your own written trading plan. The AI surfaces help you score setups against your own rules — they don't recommend instruments to buy or claim to predict markets. Trading derivatives is high-risk and can lose more than your deposit. You are responsible for every trade you take.
Where are you located? Who's behind this?
Gatekeeper is a US-incorporated company. It started as a tool for the founder's own trading and is opening to external users in 2026 once regulatory questions are settled. We're not VC-backed — we ship slowly and answer email.
